We hope you become inspired to become an active member of your community. It is the power of a community that creates change.

Day Four: Jennifer Mutesi

Jennifer Mutesi, a WMF Scholar studying at Kigali Health Institute is very close to graduating with her Diploma of Midwifery Development! We are so proud of Jennifer! This past semester she donated blood through the Rwandan Red Cross Association and volunteered with CNLG. CNLG is the national commission for the fight against genocide. She enjoyed meeting with new people and increasing awareness by distributing books in three Kigali city genocide memorial centers and five high schools. Jennifer’s efforts of promoting awareness will change the future of Rwanda.
