Bonny Mark Alinga of Uganda is a graduate of the Uganda Christian University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Human Resource Management! Bonny worked with the Uganda Revenue Authority to evaluate the impacts of performance appraisal on an organization’s overall performance for his senior thesis.
