Our very own WMF Scholar Hillary Maduka, a law student from Nigeria is in France attending the Strasbourg World Forum for Democracy / Forum mondial de la Démocratie! Hillary competed in a European Youth Foundation scholarship competition to facilitate his attendance. He reports from Strasbourg, “I have been opportuned to meet with young people from over 100 nationalities mostly from Europe, the United States and Asia, who are enthusiastic about participating actively and influencing the governance in their countries.
