Peruvian Scholar Attends National Congress

WMF Scholar Celinda Meza Villanueva of Peru attended the Second National Congress of Afroperuvian Youth this past month. She states, “It was a great experience. I have met other young people around my country that work for improved human rights and the Organization of American States Representative in Peru Mr. Pablo Zúñiga. He had a great way of motivating youth to work for our society.”
