The Wells Mountain Foundation held the Annual Board of Directors Meeting on April 12, 2014 at the Ridgewood Country Club. The meeting included; a formal review of the WMF website and social media platforms, approval of the 2013 Annual Board of Directors Meeting minutes, an annual report of financial results, a report of the annual appeal, administrative updates, a report of the internet auction and plans for next year, a presentation by Costa Rica Fundacion Humanitaria, updates on the Container YMCA Haiti project, a presentation on the Empowerment Through Education Scholarship program and the 26 selected 2013 WMF Scholars, reports of literacy and art programs and new business.
