Concern for South Sudan

Continuing Scholar Mayom Mabuong Marek writes:

On the other side of life in my state, many people are suffering/dying from malaria especially children and pregnant mothers  in my state (Lakes, South Sudan).  I have attended the meeting today [August 28] in MOH Head quarters, and government of lakes state just appeals to the National Ministry of Health to do something at least to support and help this situation. International NGOs and UN agencies to help with drugs and tents for the patients. Some patients are just admitted under trees.

Mayom is studying Community Health at Uganda Christian University.
